*Sweet Corn apparently cannot be dried and milled into actual "Corn Flour". Sweet Corn doesn't have the right kind of starch or flourery'ness.
Can anyone link me or point me in the right direction to some establishment, company, or website, (in Canada/Alberta) that sells wheat and corn flour seeds? Please and thank you.
