In my 18's I was soloing the caucasus mountains, hitting a few summits. Met a group of mountaineers high up on the glacier of Ushba, I was so happy to meet people in the middle of nowhere after a long way, but they weren't much talkative, chilling before the summit, so I made my way further. The next day all of them died on the mountain, the snow layer slide wiping them into the glacier pit from about thousand meters.
