You're totally right, though.
There's a weird bur on the brass right against one of the handles that kinda sucks.
Hard to notice, but I'm sure it'll chew through a pocket over time.
There's a faint gouge on the butt that looks like an accidental tool mark they decided not to buff out because it would've taken an additional third of a millimeter.
The handles are a fraction of a millimeter smaller than the brass body; just enough that I can feel it if I'm looking for it.
All of which is princess and the pea stuff.
As beaters or spares or truck knives go, I think it's a great knife.
If I get a custom it will probably be S30V clip blade, iron wood with rivets, and finger grooves.
So I can pretend I'm Gene Moe taking down a Kodiak bear every time I open a letter with it.
