Honestly, I love surprises. If any of you anons want to send something else my way (not gonna lie, getting an /out/ patch would be awesome), hmu:
[email protected]About the wishlist--there's only 3 things on there, stuff that I need to buy but haven't gotten around to. I feel like I don't know what else I need to go /out/. I just got into hiking/camping, and usually go with friends and they usually bring the more specialized gear. What I do have is in pic related:
- decent day pack from Osprey that doubles as my commuting/biking bag
- first aid kit
- Leatherman Skeletool
- foam pad
- 20F sleeping bag
- 3-person tent, kinda shitty but we all gotta start somewhere
Not pictured: collapsible silicone cup and bowl, eating utensils, headlamp
I plan on going on a lot more longer hikes this spring/summer (shooting for doing the Pemi Loop over the course of 3 days with a friend that's more experienced than I) so I know I need to get more stuff: bigger pack for sure, probably an inflatable pad...
