>>200642The bigger ones taste fine too, they are just a little tough. Just make sure you trim all the fat away(because thats where the bad taste comes from) and then use a meat mallet to tenderize that shit to perfection.
I always hear people say that boars taste like shit, but me and everyone I've cooked it for has nothing bad to say except its tough if its not tenderized properly. I'm actually gonna cook some tonight on the grill. Marinade it in vinegar, oil, and rosemary. I honestly like it more than deer.
