In practice I would tie a knot like you said, or for easy mobility I'm also thinking I could put the biner inside a prusik, like pic related except the blue line would be the bundle of cordelette. Would a prusik be less grippy on a bundle of strands? It's just a boulder that I want to top rope, and a slab at that so it's not life or death(also there would be a third equalized anchor used)
