My bareroots are starting to wake up, this pleases me as it's my first time dealing with bare rooted trees. So far they seem to be pretty damn safe as everything I've planted aside from one tree has budbreak, left them heeled in for a good while too so there wasn't some mad scramble to get them all in the ground right away.
What's /hgm/s opinion? I'm kinda leaning more toward bareroot tree planting simply because of how well everything seems to be doing waking up in a new environment instead of already being awake and having to adapt to the shock.. though bareroot planting limits my planting window quite a bit.
