>>1949739I absolutely cannot agree. I was gifted that Smith &Wesson Walmart knife and I've used it to dig around plumbing lines, electric work, throwing at trees, it's a true workhorse but is soulless and would throw it in the trash if it was not for being given to me by someone important to me.
I had a Mora Companion and returned it. There was absolutely nothing exciting about it, they're basically dollar store paring knife with a less-useful blade and handle that too fucking fat and gets in the way of cutting.
The Benchmade is soulless cause it's the result of modern consumerism
