Take a little pot, boil some water and some basic dry ingredients (pasta? lentils? rice? dried chickpeas?) and eat alongside some vegetables (carrots? onions? beans?) and meat (spam? bully beef? sausage?) and some basic sauce. Dinner with some variety.
Snacks are good with variety. Muesli bars, trail mix, chocolate, salted peanuts, and yes, even peanut butter. But why would you let your own laziness prevent you from bringing good stuff?
