Sleeping bag liners tend to give less of a temperature "boost" the colder you get (the +15-25F ratings are more for when you're already using a summer sleeping bag).
Snow shoes are definitely a plus, but not needed depending on where you're going
Besides doubling up the sleeping pad, you should be good to go for winter temps of 15F-30F, make sure you bring extra fuel because pocketrocket will start to do poorly once the propane in the canisters is burned up
