I inoculated my mulch with winecap spawn, to speed decomposition and revitalize the sterile ass box store garden soil.
This was about three weeks ago. For the last couple days I've been coming out to this (pic).
Is this another fungi? They look underdeveloped to me, like the winecap is trying to rush reproduction. I've disturbed the mulch planting around, and there are some nice white mats, here and there, like the substrate has spread to the bottom hay layer.
