a similar thing is happening to another plant, only starting at the base of the leaf not the tip. gray/black spots spread throughout the leaf. it curls up and falls off.
but just one leaf at a time. if i pull the leaf off early, a couple days later, one nearby will do the same thing.
but if i just let it fester, it will just be the one leaf until it falls off.
it doesn't seem like a thing that is going to fix itself.
