>>2756965yup. here's a piece of southern nevada jasper with some iron. we dont really have any magnetite, but we do have iron scattered around occasionally. only piece i have with a big chunk of black iron. our jasper is pretty much only blood red. its got that real waxy feel.
planted it in my front yard. real good juxtaposition between light brown soil and green cacti.
