>>1320381the white magical stuff is snow anon. if falls from the sky in light little crystals (like little frozen cloudflakes) and collects on the ground. because it's so cold in winter it accumulates and sometimes lasts for weeks or months! some winters it snows a lot and becomes a big problem! some winters it doesn't snow as much but it's still cold and frozen most of the time. some pics you can see the i captures the snowflakes falling in mid-air while other pics just have crunchy icy snow all over the ground. the lights are just long exposures of my friend running around like a drunk fool "painting" the image with his flashlight. in the snow it's quite magical.
