Just remember the best loam soil is 1 part compost, 1 part sand, and 1 part clay. You can normally mix your local soil half and half with the composted material then get some non-beach sand to go with it. If you are serious about it and have tons and tons then finding a cement mixer can make the job go much faster and more thorough.
