>>1472775Everyone's different anon, so it depends, but I find that when I'm a fat lazy beerswilling ciggy smoking fuck for 6 months over winter it takes me about 2-3 weeks (of 4-5 days a week intense riding) to plateau back to my summer fitness level. Then of course it's a matter of maintaining it. For you it could be more or less depending on your own factors. Don't push it too hard, give yourself time to recover after long exhausting outings (a day off is appropriate) and find ways to keep it fun and interesing (for me that means exploring more than anything).
Also I see you got a soft tail (the shock absorber on the rear wheel under the seat). If you aren't going down boulders in the mountains I would highly suggest you tighten that fucker as much as you possibly can. It's not good for most riding conditions (exhausts you by absorbing your own energy as you pedal).
