Ive always wanted to hunt since I was young, and started out on my own with no one showing me what to do or expect for the last 3 years. I have shot a few grouse and squirrels but of course what I'm really after is big game. I try for deer and bear but I'm finding it hard to motivate myself now that I've gone several years without success, is this what hunting is like for everyone? How do you stay focused?
Pic related is my bear bait bucket, the first fill it had obvious signs of bear but in the month and a half that followed the bait wasn't even touched.
