>>2070554I was a Gumby with the weather tho. For my backcountry skiing I usually do a good, safe amount of research on what’s coming and snow conditions. Since I was just booting around below the snow line I just glanced at my weather app and saw no rain, but there was 10-20 mph sustained winds with 50mph gusts starting in the evening and lasting through the next morning where I was. Fortunately there were plenty of big rocks to hide behind, but it made cooking kind of shitty cause dust and gravel were blowing off the rocks into my food. Crunchy Mac n cheese for dinner.
