They are comparing high PUFA intake to lower PUFA intake and seeing the benefits of reducing PUFAs, but pretending it is because of the kind of PUFA so they can sell bullshit supplements made out of industrial waste.I remember clearly that high omega 3 isnt a problem but high omega 6 is.
I don't really want to go into an autism battle over this.
I am not trying to get omega 3 in my diet, I'm trying to replace the omega 6 in chicken eggs with more omega 3 instead.
