but the difference between "living" and "surviving" is a subjective perception based upon individual experience, individual preferences and specific needs, together with comparative environments and resources.
hell i live inna house with electricity and running water but i feel like im barely "survivivng". however if i load up my backpack and go inna woods for a week then i feel like i am "living"
please dont knit pick about these things. "alone in the wilderness" is a great documentary about one man "living" in the wilderness and is highly relevant to this thread
