Most of SEA that most people will visit, will be pretty samey alpine bushland and grasslands. Rarely do people go to places like Tasmania which is pretty much mini New Zealand, or Lord Howe/FNQ which are tropical paradises or Fraser island which is pretty much rich 4WD club paradise only.
Australia also has some pretty wild places in the outback, but then again, it's like a 20+ hour through super harsh terrain to get to some of those locations.
