You can't cure your allergies but you can desensitize yourself. Unfortunately really the best way to do that is with injections. Just dealing with constant misery for a few days until it becomes bearable is sm option but probably not better than just avoiding exposure and taking medicine instead.
And allergies are somewhat heritable.
