Thought I would get a deal on a Pearson 26 but it might be a little too much work even for $1200. Looks like the keel has an open seam, and the layout of the lines is all weird. There's two soft spots near the bow, but not wet. At the very least it's a dry boat. No water in the "bilge" 2 inches under the sole. Pic is the back of the keel. Front has no separation.
