>>2775248>I’m hoping this is just some adjustment phase thing going onIt's a bit of an adjustment phase, but it's easy to not adjust if you let work/exhaustion be your default and don't make effort in my opinion.
>I made a mock plan for the week where each hour of the day is accounted forIf it gets you out, stick to it but sometimes it's better to just not plan and let a random day be the day you force yourself to. When I tried planning out, I'd just get anxious about it and feel more tired, but that's just me. Whatever gets you out and works for you, but I think it helps to be a bit fluid with your time or you might stress over something rigid.
>Used to be so eager to go out didn’t even care if caught anythingI really questioned what I enjoyed at first, had the exact same feeling of still felt like I liked fishing, but wasnt sure why I felt like I did. After that reflection I decided I still love fishing, it really was just the schedule adjustment and a lot of my energy going to work making things feel negative, so I had to remind myself that. Having a couple skunked days post job made things difficult but finally feeling my rod bent again, seeing a stirke, all the fun of fishing I almost forgot all came back and I didn't wanna give that up no matter how tired.
