>>1247616yeah, its pretty easy to do once you get the hang of it, scandi grinds are easy maintenance. if you want a razor blade, get a mug out of your cabinet with an unfinished bottom. the thing needs to be mace out of ceramic, but what you do, is you sharpen your knife right, and then you flip that mug upside down and hone it in with the bottom of the cup.
get one of these from the dollar store, it's cheap so if you break it, no big deal.
fun fact, if in a pinch, you can strop a knife on a piece of finished glass.
