I guess keep it away from children and don't eat it habitually or do eat it with iodine-containing foods like kombu. I have Allium bisceptrum & Allium ursinum; ramps too. Lamb's quarter was the go-to thing until spinach edged it out and became more popular. If it grows in high-nitrogen soil the nitrate build up, in the plant, will give you problems. All those Amaranthaceae family plants do that.
