I don't know what the trailer for that particular boat looks like but if it's being sold for a couple hundred bucks then it may just be a launching trailer/dolly and not suitable (or legal) to tow behind a car long distances. What you can do if you want to tow it far is rent a road-legal trailer big enough to carry the dolly for the boat and then just roll that up onto the big trailer. A trailer on a trailer as it were, like pic related.
