Looking for a knife to use for skinning, gutting, basic filleting, batoning and crafting (spears etc). So an all-purpose knife for a UL hiking kit. Brands? Model(s)? Also, best knife thread. So far I've been looking at the Fällkniven S1 with a custom sheath (pic somewhat related) but I've read some reviews with people totally bashing it. The A1 is out of the question because it's too large.
