I've been into knives for years, and I have a shit ton of them, ranging from Kabars to CRKTs to Moras and even Helle. Opinel was an eye opener for me. I mean, they were ugly, and too fragile in my eyes. In the end I decided to try one after all (went for carbon steel), and holy shit are they good.
So with that, I put it to the haters; tell me one thing you can do with your knife that I can't do with the opinel. I dare you. I double dare you!
