use a fork to remove or take out the whole dirt pods and carefully sort out the seedlings
refill tray with dirt and make small holes, a finger works, then bury most of each plant so it kinda sticks up straight (probably leave 1/2" or so above)
it's better to start them in smaller trays and move the whole pod to progressively larger sizes...just plant one seed per cell
