I usually bring 3-4L of water (packed inside because of snowshoes), extra jacket, ski pants, thermal layer, 2 pairs of extra socks, scarf, 2 pairs of gloves, cooking kit + food, crampons, hiking poles, first aid, knife, small folding saw (just in case), sit pad.
