1.) When's the best time to pounce on hunting related gear? Holiday sales or post season clearance?
2.) What's the bare minimum I need to hunt? Camo, and means of throwing a projectile? Are blinds / stands necessary or just heavily recommended?
I'm just planning on going after doe for now as a way of dipping my toes and getting some meat in the freezer, so I figure game cameras are not super important since I'm not trying to locate and then understand some big bruiser buck.
Also. Gun season if that matters. I'd only be interested in bows if they were to ever allow for airbows.
