Have these plots of raised beds in urban midwest 5e. 4'x5' with ~6" of soil above ground. Did
>>1730747 and soil is sandy/silty loam. Area has heavy metals in the soil and I think the beds have a liner. They are facing south but with a fence opposite - it gets good sun but not full sun. I need more than 6" of soil, right? And how to I prep it?
Totally new to this. Been looking at the pastebin for specific topics but don't know where to start for a gardening overview. Mostly want to plant vegetables and herbs. Have sprouts of radishes, tomatoes, and dill in egg containers. Any recs for a first time garden? Planning resources, what to plant, how to learn, etc
