And it does look like you're routed correctly. If it's jumping off the sprockets when you're in gear, you probably have stretch in your shift cables and need to adjust them. If that's the case, let me know and I'll post adjustment instructions in the morning, it's bedtime for me. Do you have a fourth hand? Pic related.
