if you want a lot of features something like a G-Shock, maybe a Rescue or Mudman for something more simple, or Gulfmaster for more nautical features (though most are pretty gimmicky)
a Seiko SKX is an all around decent cheap diver, but it doesn't have the features you ask for beyond day-date and time
for more expensive you can always go for a Rolex Sub or Omega Seamaster, but similar to the SKX they are lacking the features you mention. there are also loads of other divers around
