The ladder from the ground only goes halfway, the next half up to the front door requires you to climb a rope hanging freely 25 ft above the ground. I didn't climb up and into the house myself until my 3rd visit and with a bit of liquid courage in my belly.
The vandals didn't even bother trying, this is actually the worst damage they did, they brought a saw and cut a body sized hole into the lowest floor to climb up into (pic related).
