I finally got around to working in this. I hemmed both sides, and finished the corners in one. The bottom corners are reinforced along the edges with gross grain but I didn’t bother in the beaks. I figure the corners are under more tension so it’s more important there.
I usually see with quilt clips, but this stuff is so thin and so slick that pins just worked better.
The panel pulls are a challenge. I was thinking of just sewing a strip of grosgrain in a v-shape, but the material is just so thin that I feel like there’s a better method.
