>>1740320There isn't much, but going through the tunnels gets spooky sometimes. It get's pitch black inside and you can't hear anything from the outside world, except the occasional car driving on top of the manhole covers.
Of course there's some trash and grafiti, and occassionally homeless people, because it's too hot outside and the tunnels are a lot cooler.
What's really cool, however, is how effective in transportation and how intergrated it is. I could ride a bike from north to south in a timely and easy manner, since its mostly flat. It's also easy to jump into the flood drain systems of other communities, if you're willing to squeeze through a couple smaller tunnels.
>>1740425I've only came across a couple because I've only gone through a couple systems. One guy was kinda wacko. He wore some kind of cyclops sunglasses and rode around in his bike. I remember coming through one time and he wasn't there, but I found his sleep/stash area. It mostly had empty vodka bottles and a sleeping mat. I never conversed with him, I just passed by while he lived his life.
The second tunnel guide claimed a certain area, blocked it off by tarp and put a no entry sign on it (I'll post it if I can find it). My friends and I saw the tarped off area and asked if anyone was there, to no reply. When we began to make our way back, we jokingly said goodbye towards the tarped off area. A "Goodbye" came right back at us. Fucking spooky sometimes man.
