Africa is the Wild West. I've always thought about moving out to a semi-developed African nation that's relatively stable - Ex. Botswana, Zimbabwe, etc. Lots of room to develop, people who speak English, and relative lawlessness of some areas. A balance of a vast expanse of land, developing infrastructure, and needing to look out for yourself in a harsh, sometimes lawless environment is basically the Wild West.
