The Jackson trail is part of the Florida National Scenic Trail and runs through pitcher plant swamps (pic related), evergreen, deciduous, and upland hardwood over it's 21-mile course. It is also surprisingly hilly for Florida. Great 1 or 2 night backpacking trail.
Blackwater River has beautiful quartz sand beaches and allows overnight canoe trips.
They have pay sites with facilities, but also allow dispersed camping as long as you are not blocking one of their access roads.
