The reason why nonwhite people don't go /out/ much is because most black/brown people come from poor, uneducated backgrounds where they're not intellectually stimulated enough to have hobbies other than the most basic, common/universal interests like sex, drugs, fashion and music. The same reason why there's less black/brown people building electronics, drawing webcomics, playing dorf fort, whatever. There's lots of white people who don't go /out/ or have hobbies too, usually for the same reasons as black/brown people where they grew up in a shitty neighborhood to a single mom or whatever. It has more do with background than genetics. Being poor/uneducated correlates with having shit parents, single parents, pumping out lots of kids, etc.
