I carry a 8700 wingmaster, I normally bring 5 round of 3" magnum birdshot, 00 buckshot, and slugs. I've bagged a lot of canadian geese and jakes just going out for a walk. Winging and then having to strangle an angry goose to death is an interesting experience.
I've also managed to walk up on a few deer. I once had to shoot one twice with birdshot before getting to the slugs. I got a nice pair of horns, some tenderloin and left the rest for the birds.
