I got 3 little peacocks and that one largemouth. But missed out on a pic of the first two which were probably 8" each because they are squirmy little fucks. When you lip largemouth, they normally chill out. Not peacocks.
Also I think they just bred. I saw a bigger one and threw out a little shakey head jig. The soft bait got attacked by like 50 tiny ones and the big one was chasing the other fish away.
That lake has convicts and I haven't caught one of those yet which was why I broke out the UL stuff but those things are skittish and scatter as soon as a 1/32oz jighead hits the water.
