I have a renewed love for Plum Pudding. Some back story:
>be me
>year and a half ago
>new pipe smoker
>hadn’t smoked many blends, only a few house aromatic blends from my local tobacconist
>buy some Peterson Elizabethan and SPC Plum Pudding online as my first non-aromatics once I started getting the hang of packing, lighting, and smoking properly
>go on a little hike with my pipe and a bowl of Elizabethan and a bowl of Plum Pudding
>smoked the Elizabethan during the first couple of miles, still my favorite VAPer to this day
>get to my resting spot about 3 miles down the river
>pack the Plum Pudding
>didn’t mind the smoky smell, but a bit concerned because it had a vinegary, cheesy smell too
>light it up
>itshappening.gif
>pure magical taste and aroma of smoke, wood, cologne, incense, leather, wine
>fall in love with the blend at first puff
>smoke the whole tin in less than two weeks
>buy several tins to jar up
>try dozens of bowls over the past year from that jar
>the magic is gone, none of the bowls have that magical flavor like the first tin
>tasted like mostly Virginia and was kinda harsh
>wtf
>where did my Plum Pudding go?!
