Depends what it is. Mepps Agila #3 with a gold blade and natural brown skirt is my all time favorite. Rapala X-Raps are solid when I want to run a hardbait, otherwise those Sebile Flatt Shads destroy when the fish are in a mood to hunt something down. KVD Perfect Plastics Swimmin Caffeine Shads are probably my favorite soft swimbait, nothing else fits on the hook and works as well as those. Chatterbaits and spinnerbaits are hard unless you catch a good weather front that has the fish active, but I tried one of those mini Z-Man chatterbaits in white and that one caught some good fish. Favorite thing to Texas rig, pic related got some of my PB fish and works when nothing else does, and Culprit’s Incredi Craws landed lots of big bass too, the Culprits have these long antennae and claws that entice lazy big bass like nothing else.
