Something creepy happened a few days ago to me, actually:
>went out with my gf to take my dog pee and shit
>all lights are out on the street, weird, don't even notice it at first

>it stumbles... weirdly. Like he's drunk or something - then he sees us and starts walking diagonally right towards us straight - no cars anywhere, so it's safe for him I guess
>oh fuck, we look at eachother, she grabs the dog, and we start walking back with a fast pace - he's still following us with a weird stumbly fast pace as well
>we go across the street, very close to apartment now - I look back and.... he's gone
>later find out it was "earth hour", where people turn out light for an hour - I guess my city contributed and turned off all the street lights, the fuckers
Maybe he went left somewhere. It sure was creepy and my heart was beating really fast, we were both scared shitless.
Maybe he was just drunk and wanted to go home or ask us a questions, I don't know. But everything combined (no lights, the figure staring at us, him coming fast at us...) made us freak out.
