My personal opinion. Of the three I'm currently leaning toward the northwestern lower peninsula of MI though.
Fishing: steelhead, king, coho, muskie, pike, walleye, trophy largemouth if you're into that sort of thing.
Hunting: all the birds and waterfowl, whitetail, even elk
Beautiful summers, heavy snow in the winter for your snowmobiling, nordic skiing, snowshoeing. The state has more coastline than any other state except for Alaska. The UP isn't that far away if you really, really, really want to get /out/ but there's still civilization if you want to go find it. Blue ribbon trout streams, crystal clear water in the lakes, pristine wilderness...the only thing you don't really have are the rugged mountains of the Northeast or the Western US. Just more like...rolling hills. I guess the UP has its mountains, but they're not the same.
