The biggest downside is that it is time to fertilize the corn and sorghum, but I have to wait for things to dry out some. There's a section of wetter ground out there that stopped germination and is hindering growth (red circle in pic). I really need to pack up that soil and move it all into raised beds elsewhere.
>>1287989A balanced fertilizer is something you'll more than likely need to purchase. Get something like 10-10-10 and use it only once. Anything with higher nitrogen will trigger more leaves than blooms. Otherwise, read up on the different methods of making it yourself,
