Next time, I'll definitely plant them staggered over several weeks, because there was a 2-week window where they were perfect, but these are quite huge and you can only eat so much salad in a week. Every day really, but still had more than we could eat. Gave some to neighbours. But it grows so easily, we didn't buy any lettuce for almost 2 months. A few snail-bitten leaves now and then, and earwigs like to hide out in the heads, but overall pretty happy with the lettuce crop (they're all gone now).
