My garlic is dug up and ready to cure.
For next year, I want to try something other than just grocery store brand "Ontario Garlic". Are there any particularly good strains that people in Northeastern North America can recommend?
I am going to grow some elephant garlic, some wild Canadian garlic (allium canadense), and more of the "Ontario Garlic", but I would like to mix it up more and try some other breeds.
Any suggestions based on good experience are appreciated.
